So you're ready when a study fits. We use your answers to estimate which studies you'd qualify for and how far you'd need to travel — nobody applies to anything on your behalf.

Only the team that runs ClinicalTrialRecruiter. We never share your data with anyone else without your permission.

Export or delete your data at any time from your profile page. Deletion starts a 30-day window before permanent removal.

This is self-reported readiness data, not medical records from a covered entity, so HIPAA does not apply here. We still treat it carefully and never sell it.

If you're in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, that law applies to your data alongside this policy — you keep the same export and delete rights.
